MUSIC IN THE PARK:
There are six dates for this summer’s Music in the Park program. All concerts will be performed at Trenton City Park Amphitheater, and food trucks will be available.
The dates are:
July 12 – 6-8pm,
July 29 – 7-9pm,
August 26 – 7-9pm,
and September 20 – 2-5pm.
ST. FRANCIS AVISTON QUILT SHOW:
July 18 & 19 in the St. Francis Air Conditioned Parish Center at 2nd & Clinton Streets in Aviston, IL 11:00am – 3pm daily. Preview of the 2026 Picnic Bingo Quilts, the 2026 Special Quilt, 2026 & 2027 Bi-Month Quilts will be on display. There will be scrubbies, aprons, table runners, quilt tops ,quilts and more for sale. Information & pictures of a few quilts that have been made are available at stfrancisav.org/parish-life/quiltersshowcase. Admission is $3.00, which includes refreshments and attendance prizes.
ANNUAL PICNIC – ST. FRANCIS PARISH:
Sat., Aug. 1st. at the St. Francis Parish in Aviston. Fried Chicken Dinner 3:30pm – 6:30pm- Dine In or 3:00pm-7:00pm Carry Out. Quilt Bingo at 6:30pm EVERY GAME FOR A QUILT. Ties are paid out with cash. Kids inflatables start at 5:00pm. Live Band: Cheers Band, starts at 8:00pm. Need raffle tickets?
